Panel Discussion: Decarbonisation in the AI era

When it comes to limiting the carbon footprint of data centres, the industry already had a job to do... then AI came along. We have yet to fully understand the total impact that AI will have on the environment, and the hope is that it will solve a number of the problems that it causes; however data centre operators are still having to carefully consider the realistic implications of ongoing builds to serve consumer demand. Decarbonisation is a crucial consideration in newly designed data centres, and this session will shine a spotlight on solutions being implemented today, for a carbon-free tomorrow.
