Profile / Bio

Claire is a project and corporate finance professional with a robust background in investment and structured finance. Since joining ADB in 2017, Claire has been instrumental in driving infrastructure projects for the private sector, successfully closing transactions across Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Thailand, and Viet Nam. Her expertise in the region has significantly contributed to the development and execution of key projects, including deals in the circular economy.

Prior to ADB, Claire honed her skills at BNP Paribas in Hong Kong, China. Her early career also includes an internship at the Grameen Bank in Bangladesh, providing her with valuable insights into microfinance and social impact initiatives. Claire holds a master’s degree in finance from Sciences Po Strasbourg and has broadened her academic horizons through an exchange program at Jawaharlal Nehru University in India, where she studied Hindi and Indian Political Sciences.
