Damien is Managing Partner at Roland Berger South East Asia with operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Hong Kong. Damien is coordinating Roland Berger Investor support activities across Southeast Asia. He advises clients within the region as well as outbound investments, supporting them both with both buy-side and sell-side due diligences across sectors including Consumer&Health, Industrials, Services and Technology. Also leading Roland Berger Telecommunications, Media and Tech competence center across the region, he advises his clients on all areas of their business, from due diligence, strategy, marketing&sales, digitization or transformation. He has contributed to the launch of numerous businesses and operators across the region, notably the complete opening process of the Myanmar market from 2012 onward. In addition, Damien is supporting the digitization of numerous clients across sectors such as governments, tourism companies, industrial players or real estates, driving their overall transformation journey from strategy to implementation. He has been with Roland Berger for more than 25 years, of which the last 15 years in Singapore and the previous 10 years out of Paris (France) and Casablanca (Morocco). He started his career with Orange Business Services. Damien holds a Master of Science from Institut Polytechnique de Paris (Telecom Paris).
