His past successes include spearheading groundbreaking projects that have set new benchmarks in the companies he worked for, including one of Asia’s largest networks-Axiata Group, DiGi-Telenor Malaysia and MEASAT Broadcast Network Systems, earning accolades for his innovative approaches to complex challenges. 

Under his visionary leadership, Telcotech Ltd. Cambodia underwent a dramatic transformation. He spearheaded the company’s financial turnaround with all his experience in organizational transformation and business turnarounds and have manage to steer to company to financial stability within 6 months. Crowning his accomplishments, he led the company to achieve record-breaking growth and profitability in 2024 where it is forecasted to have a 35% revenue growth and 283% profit increase.
