Fred Salmon is the Managing Partner of Kama DT, a consulting firm dedicated to empowering telecom and digital infrastructure organisations with high-impact strategic, operational, and commercial advisory services, including M&A support, across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.

Fred spent 25 years in international telecommunications, including nearly a decade on the Executive Committee of BICS, a leading international communications enabler, serving as Chief Commercial Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and later as Managing Director for Asia-Pacific, based in Singapore.

He holds a Master’s degree in Business and Engineering from ICHEC Brussels Management School, complemented by executive programs amongst others at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France."
