Kaye Hau is the Managing Partner of Stratenium Consulting, a Singapore-based advisory firm focused on strategy, transformation, digital infrastructure and emerging technologies across Asia-Pacific. She advises operators, infrastructure providers, investors and technology companies on growth strategy, corporate development, market entry, operating models, ecosystem partnerships, and organisational transformation.

With nearly 20 years of experience spanning telecommunications, digital infrastructure, media, managed services and technology ecosystems, Kaye works at the intersection of strategy and execution. She has successfully led high impact initiatives ranging from organisation transformation, new product launches, policy advocacy, and ecosystem activation for nascent technologies.

She also regularly writes and speaks on telecommunications, digital infrastructure, corporate strategy, emerging technologies, AI governance, and the commercial implications of technology development across APAC.
