Manoj Ghonge is the Global Business Head for Voice and Carrier Mobility Services at Tata Communications. With over three decades of experience in telecommunications, technology, and regulatory affairs, Manoj plays an instrumental role in driving transformation and growth across global markets for the company’s Voice and Carrier Mobility Business.

Through his rich experience, Manoj has successfully led diverse teams and delivered impactful results through customer-centric strategies, innovation, and global expansion initiatives. In his leadership roles, Manoj has played a pivotal part in strengthening Tata Communications’ position as a trusted partner for organisations worldwide, fostering business transformation and sustainable growth models.

Earlier, Manoj worked extensively across the Asia-Pacific region, heading sales and business development and achieving significant revenue growth and market penetration. In the past, he held senior roles at the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), India as Deputy General Manager, managing regulatory and administrative functions, and at Bharat Electronics Limited in R&D, contributing to advancements in electronics and communication technologies.

Manoj holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from MANIT Bhopal and an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, combining deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen.
