Sam Evans
Sam Evans specializes in management consulting and serving clients in Asia and globally, with expertise spanning definition and implementation of telco growth strategies, convergence, commercial partnership development and international wholesale/submarine networks. Mr. Evans has close to 15 years of telecom, media, technology and sports experience in advisory and industry roles.
Mr. Evans has extensive experience helping telecom, media, technology and sports companies with growth strategy definitions, going-to-market, commercial partnership definition and commercial due diligence. He has worked across Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East with businesses ranging from start-ups to incumbents. Mr. Evans has also helped to form and lead the ITW Global Leaders Forum, the executive forum of the international wholesale carrier industry which exists to drive collaborative initiatives and thought leadership within the sector.
Mr. Evans was part of the leadership team at Delta Partners, the TMT strategy consulting and investment banking boutique now part of FTI Delta, the strategy consulting practice of FTI Consulting. Prior to joining Delta Partners, Mr. Evans was a Partner with Redshift Strategy and Strategy Director at GSMA where he worked with global mobile operators to develop the industry’s strategic roadmap. He has also held commercial roles with Virgin Media as well as in consulting with Greenwich Consulting and Spectrum Strategy Consultants.
