Mr. Taylor Lam is the Chief Strategy Officer at CITIC Telecom CPC. He leads the advancement and execution of the company’s strategy, along with responsibility for Global Business and Partnership. Leveraging his expertise in the ICT industry, Mr. Lam is a key contributor to develop new and innovative strategies to enrich the company’s offerings and lead the company’s global business development. Mr. Lam brings to CITIC Telecom CPC over 20 years of experience in telecoms, IT and digital media. Prior to joining CITIC Telecom CPC, he was the Head of Hong Kong in Analysys Mason, a TMT consultancy, leading projects spanning commercial and technical due diligence, business and strategic planning, telecoms operations improvement, and market assessment. Previously Mr. Lam also held various roles in Value Partners Management Consulting and PCCWHKT. Mr. Lam holds an M.Eng. and B.A. Honours degree in Electrical and Information Science from the University of Cambridge.
