Tony is the Chief Executive Officer at RETN, the leading independent global network service provider. Beyond leading the team, he plays a central role in shaping the company’s pricing, interconnection, and network strategy, while maintaining an active involvement in all aspects of the business to fully understand any pressures and challenges. A qualified F.C.C.A accountant, Tony joined RETN in 2007 with a mission to establish the company’s market presence in Western Europe. He then took a leading role in RETN’s expansion from a multinational carrier operating in two countries to a Pan-European network provider. In 2016, he became Chief Operating Officer, transforming RETN’s supply chain, pricing, and operational strategies, and in 2017, he relocated to Hong Kong to establish RETN’s Asian operations, helping turn RETN into the Eurasian network it is today. He assumed full responsibility as CEO at the beginning of 2021. Under his leadership RETN was awarded the title of Best Pan-European Operator of the Year at the Carrier Community Global Awards 2026, and Best Pan-European Connectivity Provider, at the Global Connectivity Awards 2025.
