Udit is a part of the regional consulting team at CBRE covering Asia-Pacific. As a core team member of the team, Udit co-leads the investor advisory practice which is focused on alternative and emerging asset classes. As a part of the practice, Udit spends a considerable amount of time advising on digital infrastructure in the region. Having worked with clients spanning operators, developers, sovereign wealth funds, private equity investors as well as venture capital businesses, Udit has been able to develop a deep understanding of client needs in the asset class. Udit has deep expertise in data centre engagements, having worked on 50+ projects in the past five years across the region.
