Varoon Raghavan is Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Princeton Digital Group (PDG). Varoon is responsible for execution of the company’s vision to support the expansion of hyperscalers and enterprises in Asia Pacific with a world-class Pan Asian Internet infrastructure portfolio.

Prior to founding PDG, Varoon led diverse functions at Tata Communications including sales and marketing, product management, engineering, operations, and corporate development to deliver exceptional value in growth, start-up and turnaround situations. He was instrumental in growing the company’s data center business and successfully executed it’s carve-out and majority stake sale to a strategic investor.

Varoon has lived and worked in the United States, United Kingdom, and Asia and is an industry veteran with nearly two decades of experience in the internet infrastructure industry. He serves as a member of Infrastructure Masons Advisory Council. He is a thought leader and a regular contributor to the industry community in operations and sustainability.

Varoon holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a bachelor's degree in engineering.
