Vivek is the MD and Head of Cushman & Wakefield’s APAC Data Centre Advisory Team, which advises hyperscalers, operators, investors and occupiers on data centre strategy.

Vivek has worked in both advisory and transaction management roles and has personally executed DC site acquisitions in excess of 500 MW. His current role supports in-country teams and domain specialists in key data center markets across 14+ Asia Pacific markets.

Prior to specialising in data centres, Vivek co-headed Cushman & Wakefield’s logistics and industrial business in India; he has also worked in valuations and tenant representation and founded the DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield) offices in both Delhi and Mumbai.

Vivek’s expertise includes occupier/investor data centre trends, enterprise colocation leasing and cloud regions and availability zones.
