Datacloud Asia takes place from 1 to 3 December 2026 at the Shangri-La, Singapore.

Please do not forget to tag us at @International Telecoms Week (ITW) on LinkedIn and @ITW_Telecoms on Twitter. You can use the event hashtag #ITWAsia & #KeepingTheWorldConnected, so that we are notified and can re-share. If there is anything else needed please contact us on itwteam@capacitymedia.com.

Registration and Passes

A pass to ITW Asia includes:

  • Full access access to ITW Asia featuring Datacloud Asia and Datacloud Asia
  • Unlimited networking opportunities including access to the full attendee list via the techoraco Events App
  • Curated content

You can register directly through our website here or through an invoice by talking to our Customer Services team at itwteam@capacitymedia.com. Please note, that we do not issue invoices for single-pass purchases.

Invoices can only be requested up to two weeks before the event. After that, all passes must be paid online to ensure entry.

You can substitute an attendee up until 24 November. To substitute an attendee, please email itwteam@capacitymedia.com.

We can supply booked attendees with Visa letters. However, please do note we can only supply these once you have purchased a pass for the event.

For Visa letters, please email itwteam@capacitymedia.com and quote your confirmation number.

Student passes may be available. Contact the event team for eligibility at itwteam@capacitymedia.com. 

How can I attend as Press? Be the first to cover the latest telecoms trends, and exclusive brand announcements live. We offer free press passes to qualified professional journalists, editorial staff, and media providing coverage for the connectivity industry. 

How can I become a Media Partner? Become an ITW media partner and amplify your publication or Association to our extensive global network through a range of pre-event and on-site branding opportunities.

You can collect your badge at the Badge Collection & Registration Desk located on Lobby Level. Make sure to arrive early to avoid queues and get settled before the event begins!

Wi-Fi and Tech

Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available:

No password is required

The techoraco events app will be available to all attendees closer to the event. You need to have a registered pass in order to access.
