The only affiliated methods for booking hotel rooms are via HotelMap website below.  If you are contacted by anyone else saying they are affiliated with our event, we recommend that you do not book with them.  While they may appear to offer special rates and discounts, unauthorised companies typically require non-refundable prepaid reservations, charge cancellation, and change fees, and may move customers to alternative hotels without notice. We have even heard of instances where such offers are scams and reservations are never actually made. Capacity Media encourages all delegates to check their visa requirements for Singapore before travelling.

We are able to supply registered delegates with a visa support letter stating you wish to attend an event organised by Capacity Media. To request a visa support letter, please forward your registration confirmation email to info@capacitymedia.com.

 

International requirements when travelling to Singapore

All delegates will need to check the latest travel requirements and any restrictions that may be relevant before travelling to Singapore. These requirements can be found on the Singapore Government website here. These requirements may change at short notice, and so we encourage you to regularly check the website.

How can I register for ITW Asia?

A pass to ITW Asia includes:

  • Full access to the show across 2 days
  • Unlimited networking opportunities including access to the full attendee list via the Swapcard App
  • Curated content across multiple stages

You can register directly through our website or an invoice by talking to our Customer Services team at info@capacitymedia.com. Please note, that we do not issue invoices for single-pass purchases.

Where and when is ITW Asia held?

ITW Asia 2024 will be held on 4 & 5 December, at the Shangri-La Singapore.

Do you provide VISA letters?

We can supply booked attendees with Visa letters. However, please do note we can only supply these once you have purchased a pass for the event. 

For Visa letters, please email info@capacitymedia.com and quote your confirmation number. 

Can I substitute an attendee?

You can substitute an attendee up until 4th December. To substitute an attendee, please email info@capacitymedia.com.

Networking Platform Access

The Swapcard platform will be available to all attendees on 6th November. You need to have a registered pass in order to access Swapcard.
